The room was stunning, in terms of facilities. A balcony overlooking a beautiful beach. Really clean and stylish with many extras if you need them. Safe street parking was free and plentiful (check with the hotel for high season dates, when the council charge for parking). Breakfast was a good quality. All staff were friendly and helpful, which was another bonus. Ferry port is 20 minutes drive from the hotel,

A good location by the sea and we were upgraded to a sea view with a balcony. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff were very helpful (Adina came out to help get our luggage from the car). We were able to park right outside the hotel in public parking, although we were quite lucky I think!

Amazing location overlooking the beach in the coastal resort of Getxo. Staff very helpful and friendly. A good selection at breakfast. A nice large terrace and good bathroom

Fabulous location overlooking a sandy beach yet only 15 minutes from the ferry terminal. Very nice room with sea views and an excellent breakfast. Free street parking immediately outside the hotel. Very helpful staff.

The reception and catering staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful at all times. The room was very well laid out and the bathroom was very modern, good quality and well designed.

The checking was very easy and the man on the desk helped us get our case up the steps to the foyer. The lady at the buffet breakfast was helpful and kind.

I felt very welcome during check in. The room was nice, albeit not particularly spacious, and the bathroom was that of a high range hotel. The breakfast was very good, served in an ocean view hall on the ground floor

The outside of the building and my balcony could do with some refreshing, but the hotel inside, my room and restaurant were really very nice and modern. Lots of choice at breakfast and it all looked nice and fresh. It was a great location, close to amenities, lovely promenade to walk along and the beach just across the road.
