“Comfortable hotel with amazing views”

Beautiful views and so great to have a balcony. Comfortable room, great to have a kettle and a fridge. The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful and the cubicle big. Good to have 2 chairs in the room. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was lovely. Great to have a free, private car park.

The staff was really helpful and kind. They allowed us (family with a dog) to sit outside and enjoy breakfast even though the terrace wasn’t prepared due to non seasonal weather. We love when accommodation staff can be flexible based on personal needs.

The view was spectacular!!! The staff super friendly and a very cozy feeling. The room was clean and had an amazing vanilla smell. The breakfast was also fresh, with a nice variation.

We loved the view from the terrace at the mountains, the apartment size and the personnel! The location is really nice to get feeling of the Swiss-like small village/town with cattle on the hills, tiny road up to the hill top and the nature which is just at hand. The stay was really nice, the breakfast is good, personnel so much helpful speaking German, English, Polish and Slovakian.

This is an amazing hotel with a breathtaking view—very clean and comfortable, with very kind and helpful staff. It's also dog-friendly—we stayed with our dog. The breakfast was great, featuring high-quality ingredients, and I found everything I normally eat at home. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant; both the food and service were excellent.

Great Location, fantastic view of the lake and the city below. We arrived close to 9pm at night and staff were friendly and helpful and thankfully could speak English. They even gave us Swiss plug adapters. The beds were comfortable, lovely broad head showers and super soft towels. Nice breakfast. Even the pool had a fantastic view. And they had table tennis. The family really didn’t want to check out the next morning!
