The views from the property are amazing, and the location is excellent. The staff are as helpful as they can be. The food portions are huge and good value for money!

Property is set in a beautiful valley, close to the lake. Check in was easy and the room clean. The attached restaurant had decent food and an OK included breakfast. Good base for exploring the surrounding national park. Did not have trouble parking by the hotel. Was a bit loud at night on the weekends, but during the week was quiet.

The staff is very friendly, but if you do not speak protugese (or spanish or french) it gets a little difficult.

Very good place to travel and observe Geres, the nature around is very beautiful. Place around the house is very good, it stands on the river with a "pocket" small waterfall and citrus trees on the way to the main building. Dinners in the restaurant, big portions, very tasty. Internal facilities, bath, fireplace.
