Friendly, warm welcome! Views from the room were amazing!! Comfy bed and loved that there was an additional living space that guests could use! Breakfast was great- plenty of choice and good coffee, would stay there again!

We felt very comfortable and welcome with an ambiance like at home. Very nice people and great service. It is very close to the centre and ideal for hiking routes. We had a room with views to the mountains which was amazing. The breakfast was very good and the whole atmosphere was very lovely.

The room was clean and spacious. The host was lovely and although her English was limited we understood each other. The breakfast was wonderful. We stayed in 11 hotels on our travels in Northern Spain and Portugal and the breakfast here was by far the best with quality ingredients beautifully presented. As for tha Spa town itself, the views are stunning and there are many fine walks to be had. You must try the Thermes for a swim and massage, what a treat.

What a charming place and charming people! A little (steep) way out of town, but bright and cheerful with a good view, and the possibility of an arrangement to use a nearby swimming pool. The included breakfast was relaxed, plentiful and quite adequate preparation for a day out walking.

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Everything is super neat and clean and the breakfast is great. The room had a balcony (used it to store my bicycle) with an amazing view of both the town and the mountains, TV, mini-fridge and several storage spaces. Upstairs there’s a common room with game tables, great of working remotely. Super quiet and great natural and artificial lighting.

Lovely location ideal for hiking or visiting close by lakes! The lady running the hotel is very kind and communicative. Althought she does not speak english, she managed to give us all the important info to have a good stay (here I'd recommend to learn at least few Portugese words/phrases like 'thank you', 'this', 'eggs', ... as it makes communication more clear for both sides). Also the breakfasts were fantastic! Definitely would visit again.
