The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1 July 2022 the Local Government Fee of RM 2.00 nett per room per night to be collected separately from room charges upon check in from all guests.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The space: two bedrooms and living area with kitchinette, was big enough, well equipped with amenities and comfortable, beds was also good, clean and comfortable. The location was great. And staff was very friendly and helpful.

Interesting experience staying in a re-purposed old shophouse. Location was quite central and near a lot of sights.

1. Location - Walking distance to popular food outlets, heritage streets, mall. 2. Apartment is big and comfortable. 3. Quiet at night. No noisy bars/clubs nearby. 4. Staff are friendly and provide good service. 5. Entrance to apartment is at street level. Easy to access by keying in code. No inconvenience of having to share access cards amongst family members.

Selva was exceptional in helping us from the day one of our stay. He was always very cheerful and answered all our queries, even helped us carry the big suitcase up the stairs which was a bit steep. He was also there every day of our 4 days stay and ever willing to help and looked into our small issue of not able to turn on the tv to changing of towels. Definitely a asset to the company. Well done!

Wonderful little place.. very clean and the staff who attended to us was most helpful upon check in and helped me carry my bags because I've recently had foot surgery. I love the location, parking was easy and will certainly stay here again!
