Location is in front of the main road, I like this place because it's near to everything. A bank/atm, money changer, famous street food, street art and many more just by walking distance. Parking is everywhere(can download Penang Smart Park Applications for the easiest payment method)just be noted that on weekend it's hard to get a parking. They also provide a simple breakfast and a towel, other than that please bring it yourself. Front desk staff also nice & friendly, I even drop my car key in the toilet hole, when I told him despite he's in the middle of dinner he try his best to help me. He ask another staff(a middle age man), and that uncle also trying his best to help me until I get back my key, thank you so much for both of you. Staff that I love the most is "Kak Ayu" not just only nice & friendly, her cooked is also yummy. Obviously will come back again later, and thank you to all of you for the best hospitality.

It's an old building which is lovely to be staying at. Of course you need to be prepared for the downsides of it, but I loved it.

Staff, Elise the Receptionist. Central, hot showers, it met my needs. The bed was comfortable. Hot and cold drinking water.
