The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that a Penang Heritage Tax applies and is not included in the rates. Rates are MYR 2 per room per night, MYR 0.50 per person per night (dormitory). This is to be paid upon check in
For bookings of 5 rooms or more, please note that a prepayment deposit of 50% of the total charges is required upon arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

It was a little bit out of the city centre so not as busy but we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go and a couple of times we caught the bus.

Parking beside the Hotel, repetitively cheap, it’s only rm4 overnight. Malls, many restaurants and local cuisines around the hotel. Love the location

the place is located next to komtar. if you want to go to komtar just walk. also it is located on geogetown main road. parking is at the back and paid. if you bring a motorbike you can park next to the cafe in front. very beautiful pink color which is very cute. best of all the hotel is soundproof
