The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Effective 1 July 2022 the Local Government Fee of RM 2.00 nett per room per night to be collected separately from room charges upon check in from all guests.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Got an upgrade offer so the room is spacious and has good value for money. Friendly staff, the hotel is compact and good location. I would suggest a few areas for improvement, such as the window should keep up a good maintenance rather than leave it broken and difficult to open and dirty. Bathroom towels look aged and torn. Limited TV channels.

I love the overall design (choice of design, colors, and lighting) of the room. The water pressure was strong, the added rain shower was a bonus, which made bathing a joy. There were also 4 pillows by default and readily available on the bed. Cleanliness was great/top notch. Even though the hotel doesn't provide parking, every time I reached the hotel, there would be an empty slot of street parking.

The hotel had good beds and ventilation, it was relatively clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient with lots of good food around.
