Lift access is not available from basement car park to hotel’s lobby but accessible with a short flight of stairs. Guest can drop off their bags at the hotel’s main entrance.Important Notice :

Stayed in a Club King room 1722, so we got to use the Club Lounge. Bathroom was a bit small and we got a bathtub, would have preferred walkin shower. Daily housekeeping. Mattress a bit firm but pillows were nice. William and Rachel at lounge were wonderful! Best staff and hosts. Breakfast at lounge is limited, good for privacy but if you want variety go to Cafe Jen. Huge breakfast selection, really good. Location is good, next to big malls.

Location was super convenient, with so many nice eateries within 1km from the hotel. Many attractions like TOP and 1st Avenue shopping Mall were just a stone’s throw away too. Can just walk or grab for less than 7RM to the nearby Penang famous wall murals and cendol.
