Room was clean and quiet most of the time. The breakfast was very good and staff cleared the table quickly. The guard uncle was very friendly and jovial. He can clear the guests coming to restaurant easily. Friendly atmosphere noted on both days.

It was close to almost all of the George Town's tourist spots. The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean. The staff is helpful and sweet.

Water heater got problem, inform front desk 3 times but no follow up. When I check out, told front desk, the stuff answer me not his happen,it’s maintenance department happen….. please filter this kind of stuff
