The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Superb location and the sea view room is totally worth it. Located within walking distance to two large malls and a short cab ride to George Town proper. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Only grouse would be that this was clearly an old hotel - the furniture is dated in need of a revamp.

love the receptionist at the counter and cafe. they provided ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ services. i get suprised cake and anniversary treats from the hotel. extraordinary service and i definitely recommend to come and stay at this hotel but just need improvement on housekeeping. the cleaner not cleaning well the room, need to train them well.

This hotel is in a good location a short taxi drive from the downtown George Town. The rooms are spacious and there is a variety of facilities, but some parts are a little worn out. The sound insulation in rooms is also not great as we were kept up at night by other loud guests. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
