Great place to seek conformable beds and spacious room. We upgraded to a superior twin for the added window. Check in was slightly frustrating as they wanted deposit/payment but I didn’t have a Malaysian bank account but sorted it out. Friendly staff who will contact the number of anything arises.

I don't like the location of the hotel.There were no convenient stores nearby.I don't like the exterior view of the hotel.The staff were not really helpful when it comes to arranging our luggages to our room.Good thing is they did not ask any security deposit.The hotel is okay just that it has poor sound-proofing.We can literally hear people next room chatting.I believe they too would have heard us.So, we feel like a lack of privacy and guilt feeling as we had a toddler with us who was crying aloud in the middle of night.It made us panic if anyone were to knock our door and complain.Luckily, it did not happen. Water dispenser and iron with ironing board were available outside our room.Also, there was parking lot available across the road for hotel guests.Though I appreciate that, the parking ground was covered with white rocks and was away from hotel by few shops.This made me a little worried on the safety of my car as it was not guarded.Luckily,my car was safe.There was underground parking in the hotel building but it was small and has space constraint.9

Spacious room. Sufficient amenities. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Just the parking space is tight so coming to this hotel have to probably consider drive a small car, however they have another parking space across the street for option.

The room was large and the shower was big. The bed was comfy and the tv worked well. They cleaned our room when we asked and there was a mini fridge to store water. There was a car park to store our rental moped overnight.

Location. Very centrally located and near plenty of Penang hawker food. All within walking distance. Free parking is provided but the basement has limited bays. First come first served. If you drive big car, I suggest not to park in the basement. Could be a tight squeeze.

The staff were accomodating and kind, generous with their answers to our queries The location was great. And this was one of the most comfortable and cleanest places we have been to. The parking was good as well. We stayed for 5 nights and it was well worth the money spent. Thank you for making our trip memorable and fun.
