The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. Penang State Goverment requires hotel to collect a Hotel Fee of RM2 per room per night. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Excellent location where you can easily get to within 5-15 minutes walk! The twins room we stayed in was super large(toilet as well) and with a 180° sea view (toilet as well)! The water pressure in the bathroom is strong enough. The cleaners were nice. They cleaned up our room daily and helped us fold up our clothes on our beds everyday. This was so lovely!

We were given a room in floor 6 which looked out one way to the sea and the other, over the town. The room was big, separate area for clothes and a desk. Lovely big bathroom too.

Starting from the impressive lobby, Savv hotel got everything right. They allowed us an early check-in @ 1 p.m. without an additional charge. Their rooms were clean, spacious and had great views of the sea. The bathroom was huge with a demarcated area for bathing. You get potable (drinking) water straight from the sink. Most of the key sights of Georgetown are within walking distance. The breakfast was of good quality, staff was helpful and they had umbrellas for the guests to use, quite useful both in rain and heat.

Both my wife and I thought for a 3-star hotel. Everything was excellent.. we both thought all the staff were exceptionally polite and very accomadating, we would both like to say that the breakfast was very good giving a special thanks to May every day May wished us both good morning having a joke with us nothing was to much trouble for her a very good loyal member of the Hotel team. The hotel is well located being only a short walk from the ferry terminal and the city centre. The rooms are modern and to a good standard.
