I came with my wife and daughters. My wife currently recovering from her knee surgery. I requested for valet parking. The hotel offer me parking near the entrance without charge. Not coz of money, I am impressed of their hospitality. What could I say,, the other minus points disappeared from my view. Thank you all

Short walking distance from the Queensbay Mall which has a wide selection of various cuisines and retail outlets. Wide selection of hawker food is also available outside the Mall. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well as helpful.

The staff at the frontdesk were very helpful with regards to holding our luggage and completing our checkin as we had to dash to Queensbay for a little while. Then when we thought we had lost a backpack, they did a quick check to see if it was near reception and if anyone had seen it (it later turned up in our tourist guide's car).

The location is good for me as it is very near to my office and aiport. This helps to reduce my travelling time. It is also beside a big mall which is easy to get food or necessity there.

Location - Good, 10mins from airport, 2mins away from the largest mall in the northern part of Malaysia Services - Oh dear, the staff are very friendly and helpful! Especially Mr Syazni, thank you for helping us with our luggage
