Very good location. Beautiful swimming pool on the roof top . The rooms are huge very confortable with a expresso machine in your room. NO instant coffee ☕️.

I loved this hotel. It was a luxury hotel without a doubt. The entrance is very inviting and welcoming. Staff were fabulous. The rooms were luxuriously appointed with a lovely basket of local gifts on the bed. The bathroom and products provided were fabulous. Bed was very comfortable and very clean. Air con was effective. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The shuttle provided to take to eating places was great but the location is so good, I could walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Loads of eating places close - hawker stalls and food centres and a 10 min. walk to anywhere you'd want to go in Georgetown. I really loved this hotel and would highly recommend it. I will defitiely return to Penang and this is where I shall stay.

Good location. Very comfortable beds and large room. Very clean and great amenities in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa was AMAZING for both quality and price.
