The iron was faulty and burnt my raya dress, Quite disappointed. The breakfast menu was okay. The staffs are friendly and polite.

I had a wonderful stay at Jazz Hotel in Penang. The hotel furnishings were absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable, making our stay feel extra luxurious. The check-in process was fast and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the rest of the trip. Our room was spacious and well-designed, with a bathtub that made the stay even more relaxing. To top it off, they even provided a complimentary bath bomb – such a thoughtful touch! We also had a stunning view of the beach, and it was just perfect to wake up to. The location was easy to find, and there was ample parking available, which added to the convenience. Overall, a fantastic experience – I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Penang.

The pillow too hard, although they changed it for me, still hard and high pillow. The parking is troublesome must validate every time in and out.

Great location, just a 10-minute walk to Straits Quay. But it's a bit far from Georgetown. Spacious room with a big bathtub. Extremely fast elevator, one of the quickest I've experienced.

I had an excellent experience at the Jazz Hotel, thanks to the wonderful staff. I’d like to give special recognition to En Daniel, the Manager on Duty, who handled our requests seamlessly. He remained calm and confident, making quick decisions to ensure we got what we needed. I also want to highlight En Johan from the Food & Beverage team, who was exceptionally kind and accommodating. He allowed us to make a reservation for iftar despite the restaurant being fully booked. The Ramadan buffet was outstanding and worth every penny, featuring delicious options like grilled lobsters, BBQ lamb, oysters, and prawns. Our room was spacious and clean, and the hotel's location was ideal. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms. They could lean in more with the "music theme" (apart from the really old, untuned piano in the foyer).

Booking in was well handled , location was far from Georgetown but the Grab taxi service was cheap and very good.
