We booked this hotel for the Premium Onsen that came with it. We had an enjoyable time, but the water was not as hot as it should be. The staff apologised and said there was some issue with the pools.

Friendly staff, clean room, spacious room bathroom, comfortable bed. The Onsen spring is very cosy, with several different tempratures to choose from is very suitable for cold climate.

The premium onsen session was really nice: 1h a day you can go to the spa and afterwards get a tea with small cookies.

It was nice to have the osen onsite that was the most enjoyable part of the whole trip. In addition, the staff are very nice and friendly.

Each night stay comes with a 2-hour Onsen, Sauna & Tea session. Weather was nice & cool therefore a good change from the heat in KL. Rooms were clean & pleasant. Staff were really helpful & friendly.

The hotel staff Jeremy and Tracy were very friendly and helpful and they were always accomodating to our requests. Likes the rooms near to our family members as we are Big family with 6 kids and my brother had 4 kids.
