The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that children's breakfast is not included in the breakfast-included rate. Children's breakfast will be charged separately.
In line with the latest directive from the Government, please note that our hotels are now open for staycations or for any other travel purposes, and; our Food & Beverage outlets are allowed to have dine-in guests.
Please note the heated pool will be closed for cleaning and maintenance every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Good hotel, but heater for masterbedroom not working. Technician arrive sooner after we report at receptionist and after technician checked, the heater issue with power trip that need to replace some part and we had been advise to change another room but we decided to stay as tomorrow checkout. Good receptionist name Sofiyatul and the technician guy. Thank you both of you to attend our need. Evening reception name Amirul, when we came to front desk no greeting and no eye contact after we ask where is the nearest convenient shop. Seems too busy with his thing. Finally, found the mart outside the entrance next building. Internet wifi connections at top notch. Maintain and good. TV channel as describe very clear view. Breakfast ok. Swimming pool we cannot go due to heavy rain. Recommended to those wanted to stay at Genting.

Breakfast was okay, local food, some pastries. Location is not too far from GPO, parking is convenient (free and plenty). Room (whole unit) quite clean and new. Nice view of Genting Highland from the unit (directly in front).

The breakfast serves a whole bunch of varieties and the table is always available. The buffet offered good food and good service with quick tableware clearings.

The pool. I think it is temperature control. The water is just nice. Room is good also with balcony and quite roomy. . Location is OK. Got few convenient store nearby. Got big fridge. Unfortunately no utensils.

The hill view was breathtaking...the apartment itself was clean, up to the standard and facilities are superb. Staffs were attentive and prompt to any inquiries.
