Actually what I like the most is the scenery, the view, the surroundings, the weather quite cold in the morning and at night. For me the facilities are good. The staff from the front counter, the cafetaria and other part are also very helpfull. The tent is big enough for my family (3 adults, 1 kid). All the tents have private bathroom. The shower pressure is strong and toilets flush is also good. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay for 3 days 2 nights.

A good experience to stay in a readymade tent as my hubby and I will not be able to build a tent. We like to have a toilet nearby so it is next to the tent, so convenient. The place is quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Loved all the facilities within the glamping area. they have several breakout areas for activities, music room and etc. well planned to keep the visitors occupied whilst enjoying the nature.

Glamz at Genting - A Unique Glamping Experience My family had a very good experience at Glamz at Genting! The big tents are impressively equipped with air conditioning, which kept things comfortable even during the day. The setup is private, offering a nice balance of seclusion and outdoor charm. The food was basic, but that suited the casual, rustic vibe of the place – no frills, just simple meals to enjoy. The ambience and facilities are also well-suited for kids, with enough to keep them entertained. While it’s not a world-class luxury destination, that’s part of its charm. If you’re looking for five-star luxury, you’d probably be better off at a high-end hotel. But for those who want a cozy, back-to-basics experience in nature without sacrificing all comforts, Glamz at Genting is a fantastic choice!

The star gazing was super nice. We were even able look at stars from our room area. Drinking hot water provided 24 hours at common area. Even saw hornbill flying while watching sunrise.

The view was fantastic, the staff was great and polit and everything was up to my expectation. I really enjoyed the stay in Glamz. The staff - Norhidayah is amazing, and she provided her best service. keep it up the good job.

This is my second time staying at Glamz, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, making me feel right at home. The breakfast, while not extraordinary, was acceptable, and I really appreciated that the menu changed daily, which added a nice touch. The facilities were generally good, with plenty of entertainment options. However, the Jacuzzi wasn't quite warm enough, and the sauna didn’t reach the expected temperature, which was a bit disappointing. I hope this can be improved. As for the room, I found it very comfortable and clean. The only issue was that the main entrance door leading to the rooms didn’t have a lock. Several times I accidentally entered someone else's room area, and a few times, my door was opened by others. It would be great if locks could be provided. The entrance road also needs some maintenance, as there are quite a few potholes. Overall, I really like it here, and I will definitely return to Glamz to enjoy the comfortable environment. I hope the high standard of the environment and service will continue!
