The location was rather central, and the check-in was easy (the place was empty when we arrived). Looked very "old-school" - huge doors, high ceilings, etc. Great place for a photoset.

The interior of Palazzo Zecchino is absolutely beautiful, and you couldn’t ask for more. The furnishings are impeccable, and the tea and coffee making facilities and the complimentary ‘colazione’ in the communal dining room is lovely.

Located in the heart of the historic old town. Excellent communication re check-in & directions. Great size room. Good recommendation for dinner. Helpful when I thought my train might be affected by the strike. Was able to safely leave my bag a bit longer at the property.

Charming palazzo in the heart of Genova’s historical centre. Perfect location, a room full of historical character. Super clean, great breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful staff- a special shout out to Ilaria who welcomed us with warmth and was very helpful. Highly recommended, we will be back!
