NH Genova Centro has a convenient location, and the staff is very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and warm, but the hotel feels quite limited overall. The public areas are empty and lack atmosphere, with no real taste in the decor. It’s a functional option, but don’t expect much in terms of ambiance.

The breakfast at the hotel is amazing and delicious; there are plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans as well. The staff at the breakfast is thoughtful and helpful.

Nice hotels with a lot of services and amenities, close to the centre and reasonably close to the station (Genova Brignole) as well. Breakfast was really good, with a lot of options, both salty and sweet. The staff was always super helpful with whatever we asked for and they took their job really seriously. Also cleaning was according to our expectation.
