Great location, close to main attractions including harbour, old town and funicular. The room was stylish, very comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was good.

Centrally located in Genova. No cars in the city, parking not too far in public/paying parking facility. The less luggage you have the better, the narrow paved road that leads to the property is on a slope, a bit of a sweat on the way up, but we managed. The apartment was comfortable, coffee machine, tea. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water when we arrived. It’s a bit complicated to get to the apartment itself, lift, get off, get keys, lift again. Of course we had driven a long while and were tired and hot, we did managed! There’s a coffee shop downstairs, perfect for breakfast. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant on the corner, super convenient.

Excellent room and breakfast. Quiet and in a superb location. Spacious room with character. Cleaned everyday and fresh water supplied everyday. Air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff forgiving of our being late for breakfast. Sharing breakfast with other guests. Friendly open atmosphere.

Very clean, nicely organised studio. Good bedding, all that's required for cooking and serving food. Excellent central location for a walking visit to Genova, shops, restaurants, museums etc.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights to visit Genova and the other cities on the coast, and the location couldn't have been better! The apartment is in the center of the city so you can walk anywhere, get lost in the small streets and find some great places to eat. It is also 1 minute away from the subway which is itself 1 stop away from the train station to go anywhere on the coast. The room and bathroom were always spotless and in terms of heat insulation, we barely needed to turn the AC on even though it was 30 degrees outside. I absolutely loved our stay there and can only recommend it.

The location is excellent. It's very centrally located, yet quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable, and the European breakfast was delicious. We were given clear, good directions on how to let ourselves in.
