Short walk from station and easy to find. Simple check in. There are stairs to access rooms. Had everything we needed. Plenty of eating and sights to see nearby.

The staff was kind. The room was clean, big and it was located on two levels, very interesting. I was able to leave my luggage both upon departure and upon arrival. The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the train station. You can easily reach the port.

Staff is amazing, the bedroom smells sooo good, we have never stayed in a bedroom that smelled that good. They have a smart tv in the room, which is great! Great breakfast and amazing location

Close to train station, restaurants and short walk to the harbour and shopping areas. The staff were very friendly and approachable.

Lovely old building and great position close to main station and old town and port area. Great breakfast option as well and room was very comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space and included nice timber coat hangers.

Friendly, welcoming staff...both in reception and the breakfast room. Very close to Piazza Principe train station (with connections to the airport) and the direct airport bus (Volabus). For sightseeing the Hop on/Hop off bus also stops at the station. The reception is very modern, light and welcoming. The rooms are large with fridge, kettle, selection of teas and coffee, which is a great addition to the room. The bathrooms are very modern in design with nice big towels. The rooms, like the rest of the hotel, are spotlessly clean. There is aircon/heating as well as windows that open wide. The bed is comfortable with extra pillows and blankets available. The breakfast (optional and costs €8)is a large buffet with an excellent choice of food and drinks. I thought it was very good value for money. There are plenty of places to eat and drink around the hotel as well as a few small mini-markets. There is a larger Carrefour about 10 mins max from the hotel. It's easy to walk down to the waterfront from here as well as to Piazza Ferrari in the very centre. An excellent place to stay and I will definitely stay again.

Basic breakfast at an additional cost,adequate,not exceptional.The room was clean and tidy,basic decoration.The hotel is very near to the railway station,and within walking distance of the old city.

Its locat ion is superb being not far from the station, post office, the palazzo reale and nearby restaurants. Its buffet breakfast was impressive.

Ideal location for a stopover on my way to and from Viareggio- I could see the station from my window! Lovely friendly reception staff who remembered me and my details when I stayed again on my way back. Quite a quirky layout in an old building- you go through a lobby with a piano on the way to breakfast in a pretty room with a frescoed ceiling. Would stay again on future rail trips to Italy.
