Excellent location, great and friendly staff. Exceptionally clean, breakfast was great. Facilities were perfect. Reception staff were very willing to go out of their way to help with extra information about the local area. They make a great coffee too. I liked the dining area at the top floor.

We were greeted with friendly, helpful and warm reception staff and given lots of helpful information and maps. We loved the hotel for its location to the city centre, our comfortable room, the staff, the elevator and its clean and modern decor. It has a lovely restaurant and outdoor area for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

The hotel is in the very center of the Genova. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly. The price is very reasonable. There is nothing to complain about.

The staff is friendly and helpful ! Made our staying so nice ! The location is perfect , just few steps from the main square . Also have nice breakfast upstairs in the terrace . Loved everything !

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Gaia at reception who helped me with restaurant options and finding places in the city. The hotel was located perfectly by Piazza Ferrari and the old town
