A very clean room. A wonderful and polite male receptionist. Moreover, the hotel offers check-in from 1:00 PM, which was very important for me! It is very close to the train station—just a 5-minute walk, which is super convenient for an early departure. The hotel feels comfortable and safe. And they also have an amazingly fragrant shower gel😊 I will definitely come back!

The staff were brilliant. Friendly, helpful and supportive. They were so good at communicating and informing. The bed was very comfortable. The location near the Porto Antico and the Piazza Principe Station was brilliant for me. Value for money here is definitely a big plus. I would definitely recommend.

The room was spacious enough, clean and adequately equipped. Staff was very helpful. They even offered me a bigger room that was available, with no extra charge. Breakfast could have been better, regarding variety and quality. The area is very convenient as it is really close to the train station, but could feel a little sketchy in the evening.
