Arrival was easy and I found the hotel well. The staff seemed very helpful and spoke good English. In some moments he was trying. The room was very clean and tidy.

lovely little place, tucked away on a side street. within easy reach of the marina and shops etc. lady owner was very kind, directed us to places to see on the map, and even arranged a taxi to airport for us. recommended.

The Hotel is located in the old town close the the Royal palace and other historic buildings. The room was comfortable and the owner/ management are charming and very helpful. There is a small gated car park accessible by a very narrow street. Its a small hotel

The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming, it is a much better feeling than staying at those keybox apartments that take over every city. Although the hotel is not new, the rooms have recently renovated bathrooms and everything is very clean. Location is very convenient, close to the aquarium and to the train station. Oh, and what a treat, having breakfast in truly Italian style at the 'La Iacona pasticceria', as recommended by the hotel.

Very good location, really near both the old toinen and station of piazza Principe. Very clean and nice. Comfortable bed. Reasonable priced.

Excellent location near the Palazzo Reale and Basilica Santissima Annunziata del Vastato! Warm, friendly, and helpful staff. Very secure onsite parking for €15 extra (albeit challenging to access, small cars only) Hotel gave us a map with excellent recommendations, including a great place to eat traditional food!

Great location, near the city center and the Station Piazza Principe. Service 24/7, I left at 4AM for my ride back home with Flixbus and everytinh went really smoothly. We arrived early and we left our luggages well before check-in time. It was really appreciated ! Great tips for restaurants and visits nearby !

Welcoming and helpful staff with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Convenient location quite close to the train station and local sites. The facilities were clean and the hotel had good security.
