This little please is in the old town next to the port ( port is a bit dodgy area. 25 min walk from the main train station Brignole. Next to very nice restaurant Soho.

Really great location near the old port. Really close to the city center and the station Piazza Principe. Dario is very welcoming, communication through WhatsApp was really appreciated.

The location was excellent, room was very clean, bed was super comfy, bathroom was large - liked the separate toilet. Loved the ceiling artwork. Matteo was very responsive and welcoming. Was great to have a kitchen with small items like tea, coffee, juice and yoghurt. Also of value was a washing machine/dryer.

Very comfortable room, the bathroom was very modern, and it's a big plus to have a separate shower and toilet. The common kitchen was very well equipped and it offered some basics for a quick coffee break/breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helped us with some advice for our stay and our laundry!

It was clean and modern and I felt secure there. The owners have done a great job at utilising a small space in a welcome way. And there was an a nearby kitchen with free provisions

Great location close to the port and the old town. Staff were very helpful in providing me maps of the city and recommendations of things to do. The rooms were very modern and exceptionally clean. They have a selection for free breakfast food in the communal kitchen which was a bonus!

Everything was great with our stay and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The little kitchen was well stocked with coffee/tea and fruit.
