Room was very clean and nice; not so spacious but of the fare square. You can find free tablets for coffee and there is a fridge with some beverages that you can use (of course, you need to pay for it). There is a SPA that you can use (sauna is available but you need to book it one hour in advance and you have to pay it. In outdoor area, in the garden, there is a pool which is not of big size but you can use it free of charge (maybe not exactly during the winter cause this space is not heated); you can also use hot tub/jacuzzi but you also have to pay it.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, from the beds, walls, smell etc. They offered drinks and snacks which is Very thoughful of them after an exhausting and hot summer day. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi too. The receptionists were exeptional. I loved the walls; Very calming colors. I strongly recommend this hotel. It's in the heart of Genova and everything is at a walking distance. You'll never regret booking it.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Outside area was lovely but unfortunately we didn't get the weather to make the most of it. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to see Genoa.

We loved the hotel once we found it. It was really clean and the staff was very friendly and nice. The pool was nice even though it's not that big. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi in the garden. Location was also great, we would definitely come again when visiting Genoa!
