I booked this property for 8 of us. It was obviously a large apartment before that’s been converted into 3 suites and a double room….all lovely decorated. It was perfect for us as a group to have our rooms off of the same hall, where tea/coffee making facilities were. The location is perfect, so central. We were lucky to experience a fiesta (La Fiesta Di San Giovanni) out the front of the apartment whilst there, which the lovely owner Susanna told us about. What really made our weekend stay was the host Susanna. She was friendly and quick to respond. She even brought extra blankets when the weather turned a little chilly. She kindly allowed us an early check in and late checkout and also sent us lots of useful info. Would definitely recommend.

The place in the city were the location was, the way the apartment looked, the host that was super helpful and friendly, the fact that it was super clean and the art.m and that exactly at the entrance of the building there was a nice, friendly little place to have a coffee. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. You have AC. Big apartment a lot of space

The property lives up to its name and is incredibly charming. The location is great and our host, Susanna, was very knowledgeable and suggested some wonderful places to see and eat at.

The room was superb- waking up to the fresco on the roof after a great sleep in the comfy bed was dreamy! Room was clean and well kept. Great to have a mini-fridge and fabulous bar at the bottom of the building. Excellent location. The host(s) were a bonus- Susanna (and her partner) are lovely people with whom I had some great chats and laughs. Susanna also provided lots of useful info about the local area, things to see and do. (Grazie mille Susi xo)

The location was fantastic with excellent bars and restaurants, alongside many of Genoa’s beautiful city centre highlights in close proximity. The room we had was clean and modern and although compact suited us perfectly. Our host was fantastic and gave us detailed, useful instructions regarding parking, directions to the property and check in details prior to our stay. After check in we received excellent restaurant, and sightseeing recommendations which we took advantage of. All recommendations were brilliant and we had some of the best food of our trip to Italy. I would certainly stay again.

Very warm welcome from hosts who provided details of how to find the place and other information about what to see and do in Genoa. Very Dog friendly. Pleasant, air conditioned en suite room in an old palazzo. Superbly situated in the heart of the historic old town near sights, cafés and restaurants, and art galleries, etc. Convenience stores around the corner. Perfetto!
