The lady running the place is very nice, very welcoming. However we booked the place to be near the cruise terminal and came late at night only to sleep. In the morning we saw the views from the shared balcony… it did not disappoint - we could see our ship right in front.

Very welcoming and helpful host. Nice breakfast and comfortable room with very good facilities. It felt like staying at a friend's house. Easy walking distance to the station and town.

The hostess is very very kind. The lady speaks English. The included breakfast is a plus. There is a washing machine and a fridge available in the common areas. You can reach the beach in Arenzano by car.

The hostess was lovely, very helpful and nice. The room was nicely decorated, the bed very wide and the breakfast delicious. All in all, we had a good stay.

Our host was lovely and made us feel at home. We loved the breakfast. Our host was really accommodating and let us leave our luggage until 10.30pm

Fulvia the host was lovely, very welcoming and spoke good English. Always there to help and gave us a tour of the property when we arrived. She had breakfast ready on the table for everyone at 8 and made sure we were ok in the morning too. Showed us how to use the keys and gave us our own set.

The room and shared spaces were very clean and organized. Fulvia and her daughter are very friendly, I would definitely stay there again.
