My 4 days of stay there felt like home. Fabio, the owner, deal with customers personally, giving a personal touch to everything. In this new age of self check in and airbnb's, People like Fabio and his hotel, makes the stays in a hotel totally worthwhile and pampered. I would any day stay at this Hotel Actor, than any international chain hotels. Also they make their own croissants for breakfast which is yummy!

The location is perfect 10/10, not busy and quiet, with a street parking available ( free on holidays), and is in 15 mins of walk or less to the center of Genoa, but also to beautiful parks 2 mins walk. The building of the hotel and it's rooms have a charm of rich history of Genoa, but equipped with a comfortable mattress. some features provided in the room could qualify even for 4*., which were greatly appreciated. The owner Fabio was extremely friendly and hospitable, and helped in finding the best options for dining available last minuts ( in the new year eve!!!). We can't recommend enough Actor Hotel, it is simply the best customer service experience we had in Europe. Thank you so much Fabio and your team. Happy New Year again , wishing you a great success and prosperity to your passionate business!

The staff was really friendly and welcoming, always greeting with a smile and trying to help as much as possible. The breakfast is simple but includes some good local tasty fresh products.

Was a good location. Lovely and quiet with air conditioning. Check-in and check out were easy. Local restaurant recommendations were fantastic. You can leave luggage if needed.
