+ helpful staff + comfortable beds, though extra pillows were necessary + good price, considering that everything in Geneva is crazy priced can’t complain - the bathroom didn’t have a single hook for towels and no shelves for basic things (maybe it was particular issue of the room since it was designed for disabled people) - no single use slippers, not even available for purchase - no cups in the room, no teapot, no drinking water bottles

Salim , menager of hotel is absolutely star , he show incredible understanding and customer service I am so positively suprised of his and his team approach , amazing stuff. Sometimes people make place wonderful not place itself ,he definitely did today , thank you

Nice modern clean hotel. Staff were all lovely, nice bar and outdoor area. About 15min walk from the train station. Some nice food places / bakery’s near by. Would recommend.

Nice hotel which has all the basics to spend the night. The room was clean. The bathroom had proper towels. Breakfast was good.
