Fantastic customer service, staff were very welcoming and our room was ready as soon as we arrived at around 11am which was a bonus. The room was very spacious with a nice view of the river, bed was comfortable, wifi worked great, hot showers, all you can ask for really. Previous reviews mentioned the bathrooms were quite small and staff also mentioned it to us upon arrival but I honestly had no issues. They were small yes but we had a large fireplace in our room with a mirror above the mantle and a power point right next to it so I was able to do all things hair and makeup there. The place was also quite affordable in comparison with other options I saw in Geneva, the hotel had a charming vintage feel and was walkable distance to public transport and attractions. I’d definitely look at staying here again.

The room is big and facing the river view. The location is just 8 minutes' walk from the central train station.

The location of this hotel it great, you can reach all the great sites on foot, and the public transport is close as well. It’s also handy that it is so close to the airport. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made me feel very welcome.

The building has a great deal of old-world charm. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable and had a wonderful view from the window: you can see the cathedral towers, the Salève, the fast-flowing Rhône and the pretty Fausses Motrices building.
