Clean and comfortable with a small spa and very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was rather small but reasonably well appointed with a comfortable bed.

Location was great as we was staying for early train to Paris so continently placed for that. Free spa was a lovely bonus. Discounted parking was handy and also the umbrellas. Lovely touch with the rose petals to celebrate our engagement.

I liked the fixtures and hotel design. I liked having a sauna and jacuzzi available until 11pm each day. The hotel is very close to the train station so getting to and from the airport was so fast.

The staff went above and beyond to help me arrange a surprise in the room for my partners birthday. All staff were very quick to respond to my messages. The cake and rose petals were beyond my expectations and we both loved it equally. The room was super clean, super comfortable and the spa access (jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna) was beyond incredible. They had constant clean towels, it was always clean and it’s open from 06:00 to 23:00! I cannot thank the staff enough for making our experience the best one we’ve had in Switzerland! This is a place we will certainly return to if we come back to Switzerland! A huge massive thank you to all staff again!
