Good location, close to Lake Geneva and a short walk over to the main shopping and old town area, also very close to the Geneva Train station for very easy link to the airport for avoiding traffic. Comfortable beds. Wait staff and Manager very helpful.

The room was very comfortable with great facilities: Nespresso coffee machine, water and snacks which were topped up on a regular basis. We had a view of the skyline and the Alps from our fifth floor bedroom. The hotel room had sliding doors which allowed the bathroom to be separated off from the hotel room - There were Clarins products in the shower room - The hotel staff were helpful and loaned us an adaptor for our stay - Geneva is a beautiful city and we were close to the lake, Christmas market and the train station

Great hotel and hospitality Jersey at the reception is very kind and warm hearted, it’s always difficult to travel with a baby and a good hotel can make or break your voyage, thanks to Eastwest, we have a good start of this journey to Switzerland

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff prepared a crib for our baby and its own duvet and pillow. They were extremely accommodating to our needs and made sure it was the best experience in the city. A huge plus is the location, very close to the lake and the train station. The period of our visit, the Christmas market was only 3 minutes away on foot.

Lovely hotel located 1 street back from Lake Geneva, great rooms, very clean and comfortable, amazing staff, they were so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable on restaurants and locations, loved staying there 🥰

The hotel is in an amazing location. It is right in the centre of everything. The room was very comfortable and had great amenities. The best part was the parking. You could park in the garage des Alps. It was super close and we arrived at night and left early and it was only 4 CHF. So cheap it was unbelievable.
