An amazing place. The quiet neighborhood, very kind staff who were always opening the fence for our motorcycle outings, made it exceptional. I would choose this over any hotel! Truly enjoyed it, and I will definitely return!

You can hear the waves at night, it’s quiet because of the remote area (away from main area) but still close enough

The staff were extremely sweet and welcoming! They try and do everything they can to offer us a great stay. They were always ready at the gate to open the door for us when we would arrive or leave. We also love the private access to the beach which was very quiet and relaxing during the day and at high tides. There is a coffee shop right next door which offers really good coffee. As for nosiness, it is calm on weeknights, and on the weekend there is a beach club not too far away that you might hear the base, but that was informed by the staff!

Nice location with view on the pacific with and dirct access to the beach. Host and his staff were very friendly and helpful (e.g. with restaurant and tour sugesstions). The weather was mixed with sunshine and rain.

Staying here felt like a luxury. The room was spacious and spotless, and the surroundings were beautiful. We loved the beach—even though swimming isn’t possible, it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view at the end of the day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; when we noticed a broken toilet seat upon arrival, they fixed it immediately. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a tank of filtered water provided in the room.

Definitely good place to stay during visit in Siargao. Perfect atmosphere and a lot of help and care from whole Personel. Big thanks to Glen and family who made our stay so comfortable and remarkable. Perfect point for trips around the island, not very far from the city centre, where there are a lot of restaurants, but still comfortable and quiet as it’s still outside downtown. Very good ratio - price and the quality. Good AC in rooms.

The property is secured with a guard day and night opening the gate. There is direct access to the beach, which is super nice to chill, but you can’t swim there because of the rocks. The room’s decoration is good. AC, WiFi and hot water all Ok. The host is helpful with all requests. You can rent directly a scooter there.

The location is perfect for everyone that wants to have the attractions accessible but still in a more quiet area. Also, all the staff here was very accommodating and helpful even for my tours. I came when there was the outage on the whole island but the generator here didn't fail me, considering that i was working in the evening (they turn off the generator in the afternoon for 1hr to rest it). All my requests have been attended to and felt safe here to since there was security whole day in the gate. The room is also big enough for 2 people,

Everything was just perfect. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, we also rented a motorbike there. We have been staying in one of the rooms on 2 floors and loved it, spacious, nice veranda and everything was super clean. The Garden and beach access was also great. We would stay over and over again at Helminas :)
