The staff is very nice and friendly. They are sociable and do everything to help you out asap. . The beds are comfortabele. Not too hard not too soft. A/C is working very well. Communication from the staff to guests is accurate and good. The location is nice. The scooter rental is very convenient. Nice view from the bar on the ocean. Please note that the beach/sea here is not suitable for swimming. The rooms are decorated nicely. We got a room upgrade to a bigger and more remote room as a solution to the noise produced in the middle of the night by drunk hostel guests. Everything is clean. You get a discount on foods and drinks from te restaurant. There is a nice food truck with taco's. They make a really nice horchata.

I stayed at the Beach Resort and the whole set up is just perfect. Quiet area, private terrace, top level bed, bathroom and hot water and ofc, the location and the shared places by the beach. PS: The girls at the front desk got killer vibes. It feels like home!

We loved out stay at Happiness Beach Resort. We’re travelling with our 10 months old son and everything was just perfect. The staff were sweet and fixed all our requests with ones. Nice and spacious room, clean bathroom. The beach bar was great to hang out at, and the pool was perfect to cool down and play a little with our son. A short tricycle/tuktuk/motorbike ride away from both the beach at Cloud 9 and into the more busy street in the opposite direction. They also give you discount on the food at 4 foodplaces next to the resort. We stayed for 10 nights in total.
