The apartment is centrally located so it was easy for us to go around. Also a bonus that it's right beside CEV(ceviche) which is one of the most popular restaurants in the island. We ended up eating there on our first night out of convenience and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food! Later found out that it's one of the top rated, must-try restaus in Siargao. If you're reading this... CEV is a MUST!!! The entire apartment is big and spacious! Bigger than most standard hotel rooms which we appreciated. It is roadside, so note that from time to time there might be some noise. But nothing too bothersome for us. They have Starlink wifi which worked EXCELLENTLY during our entire stay. I work heavy Teams meetings for hours on end with multiple back to back calls and the wifi held up pretty well. Connection was seamless and no delays at all. So if your work is less demanding than that in terms of bandwidth... you'll be just fine. Not sure why most of the reviews say wifi isn't great -- maybe they were connected to the extension instead of the main router? Lastly and most notably, the Greenhouse team is amazing and high-touch in terms of service. I reached out to the staff via WhatsApp before arriving and that made everything easier for sure. The resort manager was attentive to whatever we needed and even checked in from time to time, making sure we had everything we needed. He even sent us a list of highly-rated restaurants in the island which we definitely burned through. When we needed to rent a scooter, we just had to message him. Van service? Also taken care for us! When there were scheduled power outages, he notified us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. (Note that staying at the apartment during a power outage isn't bad either... you have the fan, lights, and wifi since they have solar power. Still pretty comfortable!) Great team and good apartment. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in General Luna! The location is unbeatable - everything is within walking distance, and the apartment is very centrally located. I was especially thrilled with the great café right next door, which opens every morning at 5 AM and stays open until 7 PM, offering fantastic snacks and drinks. The coffee there is amazing! The apartment itself was very clean and cozy, making me feel at home right away. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, going out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I can only recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxed yet central stay in General Luna. I will definitely be back!

Beach house I had for 4 nights was amazing, the view and atmosphere there was fantastic. Highly recommended. Thanks to staff that they was so nice and food was sooo good :)

Thing and all the staff ent above and beyond to help us. We are very grateful to them and there is amazing food next door at Cev. They were renovating a lot of the other facilities when we were there so I’m sure it will be great in a few months when bungalows and restaurant is back up and running

Our spacious and comfortable beach house had a phenomenal view of the beach! The staff is very friendly and caring, communication was good. Overall, we had a great stay, Thank you!

Pernilla, King and all the staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we made the most of our time in Siargao. We had great surf guides for my teenage boys who made sure they loved surfing. Breakfasts were amazing, in fact all the food there is made with love. Portions are BIG. Clean, no plastic use policies, beautiful. A great tropical island week of relax and fun.
