Everything about this hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff were lovely and very helpful, catering to my dietary requirements making me feel safe and spoilt for choice with gluten free options at the buffet breakfast and dinner. We specifically came for the pools which we throughly enjoyed, staying open late and enjoying swimming on the roof in the rain! Complimentary slippers were a surprise and very helpful bonus.

Amazing hotel in a gorgeous spot, we paid a little extra for a room with a fjord view and not sure we've ever stayed somewhere with a better view Loved the pool and hot tub overlooking the fjords too. My partner and I are both vegetarian which wouldn't have been catered for out of season but the wait and kitchen staff specifically put on options that we'd be able to eat, great place!

The buffet breakfast has a good variety and very well served. Serving plates, tea cups and bowls are so pretty. Will stay again if I return.

Beautifully grand hotel with old world charm and modern done so well. Location is high up as you enter the town, with exceptional views of the fjord. Service was so warm and friendly.

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location. We didn't want to leave. Loved the outdoor heated pool with amazing views. The waterfall walk from the hotel to Geiranger center was wonderful. We had a great breakfast, with so many option's. We also had dinner at the hotel at Julie's Restaurant. Great food definitely recommend it. The staff were lovely and helpful. Would love to stay again someday.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous in every way. It has an amazing view; hiking is close, and the spa is wonderful. Breakfast and supper were delicious. The rooms are beautiful including a sitting area, bath robes and slippers. We really enjoyed are stay.
