The fine print
Please note that from September until May southwest road access to Geiranger from RV 63 Route may be closed due to the weather. Access is still possible on RV 63 from the north. Please contact the property for more information.The hotel does not accept group bookings. When booking more than 6 rooms, please contact the hotel directly. Bookings of more than 6 rooms, may be cancelled unless confirmed directly with the property.
The hotel is currently expanding, and there is an ongoing building proccess that will finish in October 2023. We therefore kindly inform that there will be some ongoing construction work around the hotel during the summer season. Most of the labour will happen inside the neighbouring building and we believe that this will not be so disturbing for our staying guests. We are working close with the carpenters that the few "noisy" jobs will be done in the middle of the day, between check-out and check-in, when the hotel is as empty as possible, however we have taken this in consideration in terms of room prices until the work is finished. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Our favorite hotel in Norway. Unbeatable value for money especially considering the location, the view and especially the exceptional quality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Jannina for her help which allowed us to reach the hotel in difficult conditions and late at night. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling in the Geiranger region

The hotel is located app 2 km away from Geiranger Perfect to relax, enjoy, and explore the area The rooms are really comfortable, including the bed The breakfast and also the dinner are on a high quality and taste level We also used the jacuzzi- the few from this are in the fjord was great We can also recommend the cocktails - please no driving afterwards- they are quite strong and delicious

Great location and the hotel views are stunning, especially when enjoying breakfast. enjoyed the hot tubs even more so on the cold day we stayed. staff were great too. me and my wife also loved the free coffee machine at the entrance.

The receptionist was helpful and friendly. She also had our room upgraded. The room had a balcony and a wonderful view of fjord. Everything was great when we stayed.

I would say it’s the best place to stay during your visit of Geiranger fjord. The hotel has everything for the comfortable stay and there’s even no need to leave the hotel :) From the room there’s a fantastic view on the fjord and the fjord itself is just 1 minute walk. The room is very cosy, the food in the restaurant is delicious. The outside jacuzzi with fjord view is very relaxing and charming. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is not in the village where the jetty is, so the place is very calm and you can avoid crowds of tourists from cruise ships, while hotel staff can bring you to the village upon request. To summarise, it’s a really perfect and never-to-be-forgotten place! Highly recommended!
