The shared bathrooms and kitchen were really clean! But the room was a bit old and the bed was really uncomfortable. We booked this one day before our arrival so for the money it was a good option :)

The villa is situated in a quiet street, yet very close to the main road what takes to Oliva business center. Shops and train station is also a few minutes away.

Check in by phone was easy, the owner was very welcoming and speaks english. I like the old school style of the house and everything is immaculately clean. It is in a residential neighbourhood with detached houses and very green. There is a beautiful garden in the back with gold fish and a cat. Free tea and coffee. Good wifi. My neighbours were nice guys

We stayed at Villa Oliva in a double room with a shared bathroom, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Although I usually have concerns about shared facilities, everything here was really clean and well-maintained. The bathroom and toilet were regularly cleaned, and the shower was also very tidy. The room itself was comfortable, equipped with a TV, which made the stay more enjoyable. The price was very affordable, and the quality of the room matched the cost. The communication with the host was excellent – any requests or issues were addressed immediately. I highly recommend this place! Mike Pore
