Very helpful staff. Personally met on arrival, briefed on the living area ( kitchen, shower room, instructions on how to use the key to the outside door ). The staff also provided a tourist card, told how to get to the centre of the old town by public transport. Thank you very much for that!

It was very clean and convenient for a one night stay. The tram from the train station was very convenient. Easy to commute into the city center. The location was quiet at night.
