Lovely stay. Super comfy bed and pillows. Nice and warm in the cold of winter. Bathroom was nice and spacious. And the staff were so so friendly and lovely. And only a few mins walk from central Gdansk.

Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, very kind staff available online even after reception closing hours, it was possibly to store luggage there after the check-out - it felt like it was a hostel with a hotel standard in many ways! Good location too, we walked from the main train station with a big suitcase on our way there - it took only 16 minutes. The cosy lobby with delicious tea available 24/7 was lovely too!

Cozy room super close to Old Town and across a nightclub (no noise to be heard though). There is also a supermarket and a Mexican restaurant around the corner and possibility for breakfast in the morning. The room is very light and nicely decorated and the bathroom nice and clean. Staff super helpful!

We stayed at a hotel in Gdansk, and unfortunately, our experience left mixed impressions. Firstly, the hotel is located next to a club, so it was very noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. The room we stayed in (room three) needs renovation: the walls are peeling and look neglected, and the sink has cracks. The pillows were also very hard, which affected our comfort while sleeping. The breakfasts were tasty, but the service needs improvement as well — the cutlery was not properly polished and had stains. In addition, the soundproofing in the room was poor; every morning, we could hear all the noises from the staff preparing for breakfast, which disturbed our rest. We hope the management will take these issues into consideration and improve the conditions for future guests.

The room was large, very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, and amazing breakfasts... The staff were incredibly friendly, pleasant and helpful. (The breakfast was really 'set you up for the day' outstanding.) This is amongst the very best hotels we have booked through booking.com., arguably the best.
