Very polite Crew Very clean Extremely friendly I felt so safe and confy at Dovv Hotel. Murathan from the reception was very Kind and helped me with recommendations for places to visit in Izmir. Mrs. Nur who is the Hotel owner drank a turkish coffee with me, asked me if eveything is/was fine with my stay. I felt valued :) I really enjoyed being their guests. There was really nothing I would have missed in Hilton as Diamond member. This hotel is highly clean and you will find vanity kit, soaps, slippers, etc etc etc all in your Rooms! I also really liked the fresh design of the Hotel. Very modern very bright! Thanks Ms. Nur and Dovv Team! I will definitely come back :) Filiz
