Hotel Overview

Located on East Parkway, Brookside Resort is a 9-minute walk from the Gatlinburg City Center. Property amenities include 2 seasonal outdoor pools, guest laundry, basketball/volleyball and shuffleboard courts, kids playground and fitness centre.
Room amenities include balconies overlooking the river, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, safe and flat screen TVs are provided in every guest room.
There is free parking, property-wide WiFi, a sundeck, patio/BBQ area with fire pit along the Roaring Fork mountain stream.

We loved our time here! The bears walking through the property was a cherry on the cake! The rooms are spacious and neat. The staff are helpful and breakfast a treat.

The location is close to downtown. The facilities are clean, well maintained. Staff is helpful. The breakfast was enough to get you started in the morning. The rooms were clean.

Good location and pleasant surroundings, bit of a walk into town but the free bus is very convenient as it picks up right by the door. Swimming pools were a pleasant extra

We enjoyed the sound of the brook behind our room and wished the weather was warmer to enjoy the balcony, pool, and maybe a fire. Breakfast was very good and served by a friendly server. The hotel was in walking distance to the main strip.
