The location is amazing if you go during the winter holidays for skiing. In my case it was less convenient because it is in a residential area with no shops around. Walking distance into the towns’ center is about 20min.

sunrise & sunset on spacious first floor balcony watching spectacular mountain view of Zugspitz peak, with full size dining table and sun loungers on balcony too, mountain railway station 10 mins walk, well organised check-in and parking, attractive chalet style building in good area
