The pools and the grounds - always a sun bed and quiet even in summer holidays. The location - short walk to Garda town. Large balcony, comfortable beds

Spacious air conditioned apartment with private terrace. Clean and had everything we needed. Quiet area, 15 mins walk to Garda centre. 2 pools to choose from with ample loungers. Host was very helpful. Free laundry facilities.

The location was ideal and easy to get to the main town and restaurants. The apartment was a good size and spotlessly clean, as was the outside area with lots of space for all residents around the pools, both of which were great. We got excellent advice from Massimo (and his Mum) about the area and where to eat, which was most helpful.

Stayed at Residence Rustico for a week with family in May. We stayed in a three bedroom studio apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that you would need, to make your stay a "home from home" Massimo who greeted us is amazing, and a absolute joy. He is super knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great advice. He helped book our taxi to and from the airport, which was the cheapest price by far! The pool area is fab, our little 2 yr old loved the pool. The supermarket is a good 15 min walk. Travelling the back route, you can walk to the bus station in 10mins. There is a free shuttle that runs every 30mins. The tourist information centre has the schedule. The last shuttle to take you back up to the apartment leaves the bus station at 1855.

Massimo was fantastic. So friendly and communicative. The pools were brilliant, the smaller heated pool was perfect for kids with a shallow ledge they can play on and lots of buttons to turn on bubbles. The views were stunning too, far enough away from Garda town that it felt peaceful and calm but only a fifteen minute walk down to Garda which is beautiful and full of lovely restaurants.
