The buffet breakfasts offered plenty of good quality choices, with efficient staff in attendance. The hotel was within 10 minutes walking distance of the seafront, shops, cafes, restaurants etc.. The hotel staff were pleasant and, I believe, tried to be of help as far as possible.

The roof terrace was stunning, I really felt they undersold this in the photos! The staff were really friendly. There was a language barrier but we still communicated fine, and they were always smiling. Check in and out took seconds - very organised! We also liked the array of restaurants/supermarkets near the hotel and it is about a 15/20 walk to the beach. Happy days! We came in from Valencia airport and the travel was quite easy, with a bus stop about 5 mins away from the hotel.

Well located for exploring the port and old town area of Gandia. Clean and tidy throughout. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely roof terrace with a plunge pool and 2 hot tubs for unwinding in.

The hotel staff were very friendly and approachable. Theyy would go out of their way to help and assist with any queries I had. The WIFI was easy to access also. For me the location was very good and beside the train station and bus stops for easy access to public transport.
