The pool and the rooms were a good layout. I liked the window seat. Glass bottled water that was refilled was excellent. Pillows and bed were comfy. You can purchase take away alcohol from the alcohol shop between 12-8pm Great little food court outside eateries close by called Maple 99 country. Best cheesecake I have had and real coffee.

Bad connectivity of taxi, staff were also unable to help... when i went to Radissions at Gift Club the staff helped in every sense and also arranged taxi for me twice but at Mercure staff were reluctant to do so

The location and moving about within the hotel is good. Junior suite room overlooking the main road has an excellent view. Food options were good. Enjoyed the pool. The staff at the front desk were helpful.
