The Imperial uses soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms -- an excellent cost-saving measure. Napkins and toilet paper and no tissues. Breakfast is basic. The bed was comfortable. I had everything I needed.

The lady that checked us in was so nice. The price was excellent. Breakfast that was included was a take out of scrambled egg and toast and orange slices, was hot and okay. I knew what breakfast was from previous reviews, so that is what I was expecting.

Very easy to find and convenient to downtown Gananoque dining and waterfront. Was an excellent place to stop on the way to Niagara Falls. Very clean, and because the weather was still cool, was able to take advantage of the screened windows for cross-ventilation and cooling.
